About the Opportunity:
The MICROSOFT SYSTEM AND IDENTITY ADMINISTRATOR role supports the administration, security, and daily operations of the enterprise identity and cloud services environment. This position is crucial for maintaining identity and access management, ensuring accurate employee provisioning and compliance, while also providing operational support for Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud platforms. The role contributes to the organization's cloud-first technology strategy by collaborating with various teams to sustain and improve identity and cloud infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Support administration and maintenance of Microsoft Entra ID and related identity services.
- Assist with user provisioning, deprovisioning, and role-based access management.
- Manage synchronization and lifecycle integrations between Workday and Microsoft Entra.
- Monitor and troubleshoot authentication, federation, SSO, and identity synchronization issues.
- Support Multi-Factor Authentication, Conditional Access, and identity security controls.
- Participate in access reviews, governance, and identity-related audits.
- Create and maintain operational documentation.
- Assist with Microsoft 365 administration including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
- Support user account administration, licensing, mailbox management, and collaboration tools.
- Troubleshoot service issues and monitor Microsoft service health.
- Support Microsoft Intune and endpoint management initiatives.
- Assist with Azure subscription and resource group administration.
- Monitor Azure virtual machines, storage, networking, and platform services.
- Support cloud governance, cost management, and automation efforts.
- Participate in incident response and operational support.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, HR, and Application teams.
- Support cloud modernization and digital transformation projects.
- Contribute to process documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Pursue technical development through certifications and training.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, cloud technologies, or identity management.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Understanding of IAM concepts including SSO, MFA, RBAC, Conditional Access, and Identity Governance.
- Exposure to Azure services such as virtual machines, networking, storage, or monitoring.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, or Intune.
- Experience supporting enterprise SaaS applications and cloud platforms.
- Basic PowerShell scripting or automation skills preferred.
