Your Profile & DNA:
We are looking for an Apptio L3 Support Engineer to join our team and play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our TBM platform.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Resolve complex Apptio issues escalated from L1/L2 support teams.
- Support core TBM modules, including Budgeting & Forecasting and Costing.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data load failures, ETL issues, mapping errors, and API-based data ingestion.
- Maintain and enhance dashboards, reports, KPI views, and financial analytics.
- Monitor system health, scheduled jobs, and model performance, working with Apptio Support on platform-related issues.
- Collaborate with the TBM Office, IT Finance, Cloud & Infrastructure, ERP, and Data teams to ensure accurate cost transparency.
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, KEDBs, and ensure strong data governance and financial model controls.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive issue resolution and continuous improvements.

Qualification & Experience

- A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
- Strong hands-on experience with Apptio TBM.
- Knowledge of ETL processes, APIs, and data integration.
- Experience with financial reporting, dashboards, and cost models.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with IT Finance, Cloud, Infrastructure, and ERP ecosystems is an advantage.
