Key Responsibilities

Own and execute the content roadmap ensuring alignment with product strategy, user insights, business objectives, and quarterly priorities

Partner with product managers and cross-functional teams to integrate content throughout the user journey including onboarding, coaching experiences, habit-building programs, interventions, and product launches

Create and refine high-quality content across multiple formats including in-app articles, educational materials, behaviour-change content, videos, scripts, guides, and social media assets

Build and lead an efficient, AI-enabled content function with scalable workflows, editorial processes, quality assurance systems, and documentation standards

Develop and optimize short-form content strategies designed to improve engagement and resonate with diverse user audiences

Use analytics, dashboards, KPIs, and experimentation frameworks to measure content performance and run structured A/B tests for continuous improvement

Leverage advanced visual production tools, video editing capabilities, and AI-powered workflows to increase content quality and production efficiency

Ensure all content is inclusive, evidence-based, compliant, and aligned with behavioural science principles
