Key Responsibilities

Manage IT projects through the full lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post-production support

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risk registers, stakeholder communications, and delivery reporting

Facilitate agile delivery practices including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and prioritization activities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, process flows, functional requirements, technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Translate business needs into actionable solutions while partnering with architects, developers, and technical leads

Conduct impact assessments, data flow analysis, and feasibility reviews for new capabilities, enhancements, and regulatory requirements

Coordinate user acceptance testing, defect tracking, issue resolution, and implementation readiness activities

Maintain project documentation, release notes, workflows, and operational artifacts to support successful delivery

Collaborate with stakeholders across product, business operations, and technology teams to improve delivery processes and governance practices
