Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary HR advisor for assigned clients, providing guidance on people strategy, employee relations, compliance, and workforce planning.

Build strong relationships with client executives, managers, and key stakeholders through regular communication and occasional onsite visits as needed.

Translate business objectives into practical HR recommendations that support organizational culture, operational goals, and risk management.

Advise clients throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruitment practices, onboarding, job design, workforce planning, performance management, corrective actions, and employee separations.

Provide support on compensation practices, job leveling, pay strategies, employee policies, handbooks, and HR procedures within established advisory guidelines.

Guide clients on federal, state, and local employment regulations while identifying and escalating complex compliance matters when necessary.

Partner with payroll, benefits, and HR operations teams to ensure effective delivery of HR programs and services.

Assist clients with benefits administration, leave management, HR systems, documentation, and process improvements.

Ensure HR practices and documentation remain aligned with service agreements, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
