Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technology implementation projects, ensuring successful execution across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and resource objectives

Build and maintain project roadmaps, delivery plans, schedules, and resource allocations aligned with client priorities and long-term initiatives

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, establishing strong relationships while ensuring business goals, expectations, and project success criteria are clearly defined and achieved

Partner closely with technical leads and cross-functional delivery teams to coordinate project execution, manage priorities, and proactively resolve risks, issues, and dependencies

Forecast, monitor, and manage project budgets, financial performance, revenue recognition, and profitability throughout the project lifecycle

Develop and oversee project communications, status reporting, governance meetings, and executive updates for both internal and external stakeholders

Mentor and support project managers by providing guidance, coaching, and oversight to promote consistent delivery excellence and professional growth

Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards while maintaining accurate documentation, project controls, and operational processes

Collaborate with leadership to identify account growth opportunities, contribute to project scoping, estimates, statements of work, and proposal development for future engagements
