Business Analyst/Product Manager

As a Business Analyst/Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping digital products by connecting customer needs, business goals, and technical solutions. You will collaborate with development teams, product stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to define priorities, improve user experiences, and deliver impactful product initiatives. This role combines analytical thinking, product strategy, and technical understanding to help build scalable digital platforms used by millions of users. You will contribute to product roadmaps, guide development decisions, and transform ideas into practical solutions. Accountabilities

• Collaborate with development teams, product leaders, and business stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver product initiatives.
• Analyze business needs, user requirements, and technical constraints to propose effective solutions and support decision-making.
• Take ownership of assigned product stories, facilitate stakeholder alignment, and drive initiatives from concept through delivery.
• Support the creation and execution of product plans, roadmaps, schedules, and strategic technical projects.
• Build strong relationships across multidisciplinary teams to improve communication and ensure successful product development.
• Develop business cases and contribute to strategic decisions related to product improvements and technology investments.
• Support UX improvements and continuous optimization initiatives by analyzing user needs and market trends.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and product-related materials.
• Work closely with developers to discuss technical solutions, identify opportunities, and contribute innovative ideas.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, accessibility standards, and digital best practices to help maintain a competitive product experience.
• Continuously develop technical and product knowledge through learning and awareness of market developments.
  
  

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working with web products, UX, e-commerce platforms, or similar digital environments.
• Proven experience in business analysis, systems analysis, product management, or a related role.
• Strong ability to analyze data sources and use insights to support product decisions.
• Experience working with consumer-facing products or platforms.
• Understanding of iterative software delivery methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
• Familiarity with web technologies including HTML, XHTML, CSS, and modern digital development practices.
• Knowledge of database technologies and ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and user-centered design.
• Experience with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Loom, Jira, Trello, Google Workspace, or Draw.io is advantageous.
• Self-motivated and proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
• Ability to understand user perspectives and translate needs into practical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to consistently deliver against deadlines.
