Principal Domain Rewiring

Location: Fully on site in Abu Dhabi (relocation support can be provided)

Key Responsibilities

1. Entity Domain Support

• Guide entities through express blueprinting: map the domain's workflows, baseline process times, and grade automation potential within the first weeks.

• Support the entity to build and deliver its rewiring roadmap, keeping pace toward 20% of workflows AI-enabled within 3 to 4 months.

• Bring the company’s reusable offerings into the domain rather than letting the entity build from scratch: pre-built agent packages, policy-to-decision automation, and proven data-to-value patterns.

• Keep progress honest: workflows measured against the agentic grading scale and process-time baselines, reported through the Control Tower without spin.

2. Hands-on Unblocking

• Work embedded with entity teams, staying close to where execution actually stalls.

• Get the practical unblockers done with the entity: data access, security clearances, development environments, and integrations with entity systems.

• Mobilize partner squads and SWAT support where the domain needs capacity or is losing momentum, and hold partners accountable for outcomes.

• Escalate structural blockers to the Head of Domain Rewiring early, with a proposed fix rather than a status update.

3. Entity Capability Building

• Coach entity teams on the rewiring methodology, delivery standards, and agentic tooling so the entity can increasingly run rewiring itself.

• Help the entity stand up its operating model for agents in production: ownership, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

• Identify and develop champions inside the entity who carry the work forward between and beyond engagements.

4. Reuse and Scale

• Spot patterns that repeat across entities and contribute them to the shelf: reusable agents,

playbooks, and blueprints that pay forward to every other domain.

• Carry lessons between domains so every new entity starts from the last one's learnings, not from zero.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years in transformation, technology delivery, or product and engineering roles, with at least 3 years delivering AI or digital transformation hands-on.

• Track record taking AI or GenAI initiatives into production in a large organization: you have shipped, not only advised.

• Proven ability to drive outcomes through teams you do not manage: embedded client-side delivery, influence without authority, and the judgment to know when to push and when to enable.

• Top-tier consulting background or operator experience at an AI-native company, combining

structured problem solving with hands-on delivery.

• Working knowledge of agentic AI: LLMs, agent architectures, orchestration, and evaluation,

sufficient to scope use cases, challenge partners, and judge what will hold up in production.

• Strong stakeholder skills with enterprise leaders: able to secure commitments

and unblockers while keeping the relationship strong.
