Key Responsibilities

Lead the vision, strategy, and evolution of foundational platform capabilities

Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for core platform capabilities

Translate customer, market, and business needs into clear product requirements and priorities

Manage feedback from customers, communities, partners, and internal teams to identify opportunities for product improvements

Evaluate and prioritize feature requests based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility

Support engineering teams by ensuring they have clear priorities, well-defined initiatives, and actionable product requirements

Continuously assess market trends, competitive positioning, and customer needs to guide product decisions

Collaborate with engineering, sales, solutions teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product adoption and delivery

Drive product practices including customer research, OKRs, backlog management, product design, and go-to-market planning
