Experienced Data Analyst required to support a major HR reporting transformation programme.
You'll work within a People Insights team, analysing and validating HR data feeding Power BI dashboards, supporting reporting migrations, testing outputs, improving data models, and enhancing dashboard usability for senior stakeholders.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong Power BI experience
- Data modelling, Power Query and DAX
- Data validation, testing and reporting
