Key Responsibilities

Design, automate, and deploy production-grade cloud services across platforms such as AWS, Azure, OCI, and GCP

Collaborate with development and architecture teams to build highly available, scalable, and secure cloud environments

Act as subject matter expert for infrastructure solutions supporting core products and customer implementations

Provide advanced technical support to internal teams, customers, and partners including troubleshooting complex infrastructure and application issues

Guide customers and internal stakeholders on cloud deployment patterns, best practices, and implementation strategies

Investigate and resolve customer integration challenges during deployment and ongoing operations

Perform root cause analysis for implementation issues and provide technical feedback to engineering teams

Design and maintain troubleshooting procedures, operational documentation, and knowledge resources

Build and improve secure infrastructure platforms with focus on reliability, scalability, and operational maturity

Maintain internal tools, improve system health, and support continuous platform enhancements

Participate in on-call rotations for incident response, infrastructure support, and technical troubleshooting

Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of project activities and billable hours according to operational requirements
