Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain platform components using GoLang

Build, support, and enhance enterprise CI/CD platforms and pipelines

Provide L2 production support for critical business applications and platform services

Design, implement, and maintain automated deployment and operational workflows

Create and manage Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions using Ansible Playbooks

Deploy, configure, and maintain Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) applications in cloud and on-premises environments

Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, networking, and platform issues to ensure high system availability

Monitor platform health and proactively resolve production incidents within defined SLAs

Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams to improve platform reliability and security

Support Kubernetes-based deployments and cloud-native infrastructure

Contribute to platform modernization, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement

Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and change implementation
