Senior Product Manager, Agentic AI Experiences

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager — Agentic AI Experiences based in the United States.

The role focuses on shaping the future of AI-powered shopping experiences by defining how intelligent agents understand user intent, make decisions, and guide users through seamless interactions. You will own the product strategy for agentic experiences across multiple platforms, working at the intersection of AI, user experience, and commerce. This is a highly impactful opportunity to build zero-to-one products in a fast-moving environment where experimentation and innovation are encouraged. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and leadership teams to create AI behaviors that feel intuitive, useful, and trustworthy. The role requires strong product judgment, technical fluency, and the ability to translate complex AI capabilities into meaningful user outcomes. Your work will directly influence how users discover, evaluate, and purchase products through next-generation AI experiences.

Accountabilities

The Senior Product Manager will lead the strategy, development, and optimization of agentic AI experiences, ensuring products deliver meaningful value to users while supporting business growth.

• Own the product roadmap for conversational and agent-based AI features across web, mobile, and messaging platforms.
• Translate complex user needs and business goals into clear product requirements, workflows, and AI behaviors.
• Partner with engineering teams on AI systems, including inference pipelines, agent planning, retrieval, and orchestration capabilities.
• Collaborate with design teams to develop intuitive multimodal experiences, guided interactions, and effective error-handling approaches.
• Define and track key product metrics related to user engagement, task completion, conversion, and revenue impact.
• Design and execute experiments to continuously improve product performance and user satisfaction.
• Build strong feedback loops with customers and partners to identify opportunities and refine product direction.
• Provide strategic clarity and execution leadership within a cross-functional team operating in a high-growth environment.
  
  

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings strong product management experience combined with a deep understanding of AI-driven products and user-centered design. They should be comfortable navigating ambiguity, working with technical teams, and turning emerging technologies into scalable product experiences.

• 5-8+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally within consumer technology, AI products, or complex digital platforms.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-powered applications, AI agents, conversational interfaces, or related emerging technologies.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into clear product strategies and decisions.
• Strong product intuition and experience designing user experiences for open-ended or unstructured workflows.
• Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with evolving priorities.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams on software architecture, machine learning systems, or AI applications is highly valued.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and experimentation to guide product decisions.
