Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to support and elevate the new hire experience from offer acceptance through day-one readiness. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a seamless, engaging, and compliant onboarding journey for all new employees.


The Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for preparing and distributing onboarding documentation, entering and maintaining accurate employee records within the HRIS system, and coordinating closely with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Payroll, Hiring Managers) to ensure timely onboarding completion. This position also includes facilitating onboarding orientations, monitoring onboarding progress, and proactively resolving any issues that may impact the employee experience.


Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple onboarding workflows simultaneously, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and compliance with employment regulations and company policies. This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must be available to work Central Standard Time (CST) hours.


Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in employee onboarding
  • Proven experience managing high-volume onboarding processes, including documentation and data entry
  • Hands-on experience with an HRIS platform (iSolved strongly preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping


Nice to Have Skills & Experience

  • Experience using iSolved HRIS
  • Experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools


Pay

$60,000 - $68,640
