Key Responsibilities

Define long-term architectural vision, engineering standards, and best practices for high-criticality AI-driven products and platforms

Lead adoption and evolution of AI-native development practices across teams, including Spec-Driven Development, Intent Development, and Harness Engineering

Design and structure cross-team AI engineering ecosystems for efficient development and reuse of AI capabilities

Establish technical and economic governance for AI models balancing token costs, latency, security, privacy, and performance

Develop and promote frameworks, libraries, and internal engineering platforms supporting AI solution development at scale

Design architectures for AI agents, multi-step workflows, and autonomous systems using modern orchestration approaches

Support continuous improvement of AI development processes through automation, benchmarking, monitoring, and advanced validation

Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable implementation of AI technologies
