Partner with technical AI teams and business stakeholders to redesign workflows around AI agents and automation capabilities
Collaborate with AI analysts to measure outcomes including productivity improvements, time savings, adoption rates, efficiency gains, and ROI
Ensure AI solutions move beyond experimentation into production environments with proper documentation, operational ownership, and ongoing improvement

You will own the complete lifecycle of AI-powered solutions, from identifying opportunities to launching and scaling adopted capabilities.

Requirements

The ideal candidate combines product management expertise, business process analysis skills, and practical AI knowledge. You should be comfortable leading complex transformation initiatives, influencing stakeholders, and delivering outcomes in environments where solutions are continuously evolving.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management, product management, business analysis, or digital transformation roles.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience working with AI-related projects or initiatives.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs involving technology, automation, or process transformation.
  • Strong understanding of AI agents, automation concepts, and how AI can reshape business processes.
  • Familiarity with AI platforms such as Anthropic Claude, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or similar agent-based solutions.
  • Proven experience managing products or initiatives that transform workflows and operating models, beyond simply delivering software features.
  • Strong ability to analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and define practical solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across business and technology teams, including executive stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional fluency in English.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments while maintaining focus on measurable outcomes.
