Are you a Field Marketing Manager who thrives on owning events, including trade shows and conferences, end-to-end? Have you run events marketing programs for a B2B SaaS company and can point to how you measured event success at trade shows, not just how many conferences you attended? This vertical SaaS company builds an all-in-one business platform for independent jewelry retailers, helping them grow sales and run day-to-day operations more efficiently. Recently acquired by a PE firm, the company is building out its go-to-market function. A newly hired Head of Demand Generation has called this field marketing hire the most important addition they’ll make this year. Events are the company's primary customer-facing channel. This role steps in to own it end-to-end, with leadership ready to invest and immediate room to make an impact.
What You Will Do:
- Own the full event lifecycle for 12+ trade shows and customer events annually
- Manage sponsorship selection, booth logistics, and on-site execution
- Run pre-event campaigns and post-event follow-up outreach
- Drive a full booth strategy and design overhaul, including the flagship annual show
- Generate content and social support using AI tools as the primary production method
- Build and distribute prospect and customer lists for every event

What You'll Need
This role is a strong fit for B2B marketers who have owned events as a core part of a recent role and can speak clearly to how they measured success.
- Experience in B2B marketing with events marketing comprising 50%+ of the role responsibilities.
- Experience measuring and tracking event success beyond attendance and lead counts
- Experience with content marketing and social media marketing
- An AI-first approach to marketing work, including experience with AI tools and workflows
- Experience working at a small company (under 500 people) or startup
Plus Skills
- Experience in the Jewelry industry, experience working with POS products, or experience with products marketed to SMB buyers
- Prior background in sales
- Experience with booth design
- Experience with video production
