Key Responsibilities

Define and evolve the product vision for core endpoint management capabilities

Own and contribute to product roadmaps by evaluating opportunities and prioritizing initiatives

Drive product strategy for foundational capabilities including automations, scripting, policies, agents, device configuration, dashboards, and related platform features

Partner closely with engineering, design, support, and other stakeholders to define requirements, workflows, user experiences, and successful delivery plans

Gather customer, MSP, and market insights to identify opportunities and translate feedback into meaningful product improvements

Create clear product documentation including requirements, workflows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and edge-case considerations

Manage product execution by monitoring delivery progress, collecting feedback, analyzing usage data, and continuously improving features

Ensure platform capabilities work cohesively across the broader product ecosystem

Collaborate with other product managers to establish strong product practices and maintain a consistent approach to platform development
