You will own key platform capabilities that help organizations manage devices securely, efficiently, and at scale.

Working closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams, you will translate complex technical challenges into intuitive product solutions.

The position combines strategic product thinking, customer insight, roadmap ownership, and hands-on execution.

You will influence foundational capabilities such as automation, policies, device management, and platform workflows.

Accountabilities

The Product Manager - Endpoint Management will help define, build, and evolve core platform capabilities that enable effective endpoint management. This role requires strong product judgment, technical understanding, customer empathy, and the ability to drive initiatives from concept through delivery.

  • Define and evolve the product vision for core endpoint management capabilities, ensuring solutions deliver strong usability, innovation, flexibility, and customer value.
  • Own and contribute to product roadmaps by evaluating opportunities, prioritizing initiatives, and making informed trade-offs aligned with business and customer needs.
  • Drive product strategy for foundational capabilities including automations, scripting, policies, agents, device configuration, dashboards, and related platform features.

Requirements

The ideal candidate combines technical IT knowledge with strong product management experience and understands how organizations manage endpoints in real-world environments. They should be comfortable collaborating with technical teams while maintaining a customer-focused and business-oriented approach.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred, but not required.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT or technical roles, such as IT administration, helpdesk management, MSP environments, or internal IT teams.
  • 2+ years of product management experience, ideally within B2B SaaS, IT management, infrastructure, or technical software products.
  • Strong understanding of endpoint management concepts, device configuration, automation, scripting, and IT workflows.
  • Experience with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, or Linux administration.
  • Familiarity with how IT teams and service providers manage devices, users, and infrastructure at scale.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and understand technical concepts without requiring software development experience.
  • Proven ability to guide products from initial ideas through launch, iteration, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across teams.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to balance customer needs, product quality, and business objectives.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and influence teams without direct authority.
  • Experience working within a collaborative product organization with multiple product managers is a plus.
