Key Responsibilities
Drive JustPlay’s employer branding strategy and Employer Value Proposition (EVP)
Create engaging content that showcases our culture, people, and values
Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to strengthen candidate attraction, engagement, and conversion
Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn, employer review platforms, and other talent-facing channels
Track performance metrics, gather insights, and continuously improve employer brand initiatives
Stay ahead of employer branding trends and bring fresh ideas to the team
