Key Responsibilities
Build out the platform that handles the full complexity and variability of the workforce across enterprise health systems.
Build tooling that makes it fast to translate health system context into a working, validated configuration.
Make integrations click-to-configure such that adding a new integration requires no engineer in the loop.
Develop a self-service configuration portal that lets hospital IT teams build and validate digital twins of their workforce data.
Systematically replace manual steps, tribal knowledge, and engineering dependencies with tooling that makes the deployment process fast, repeatable, and self-serve.
