Key Responsibilities
Own interview coordination across priority searches including scheduling, rescheduling, calendar logistics, interviewer reminders, candidate communications, and follow ups
Create a polished, responsive, and thoughtful candidate experience from first interview through final stage
Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and external search partners to keep active searches organized and moving quickly
Maintain accurate candidate, job, stage, and interview data in Ashby
Prepare interview plans, candidate packets, scorecard reminders, hiring manager updates, and weekly search health materials
Track recruiting process blockers, delayed feedback, scheduling issues, and next steps
Support weekly search health meetings by helping prepare agendas, notes, action items, and follow ups
Help create and improve recruiting workflows, templates, checklists, documentation, and reporting
Support offer and onboarding logistics in partnership with the People team as needed
Serve as a trusted operational partner to candidates, interviewers, recruiters, hiring managers, and company leaders
