- Monitor enterprise applications and IT infrastructure to ensure high availability and service performance.
- Manage and coordinate the resolution of critical incidents while meeting SLA commitments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to restore services and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python, Java, or Shell scripting to streamline operational processes.
- Design, test, and deploy automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Integrate systems and workflows using APIs and automation tools.
Qualification & Experience
- A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in Command Centre, NOC, IT Operations, Infrastructure Support, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
- Strong experience with enterprise monitoring and incident management
- Hands-on scripting experience with Python, Java, or Shell
- Knowledge of REST APIs, system integration, and workflow automation
- Experience with testing, debugging, and deployment of automation solutions
