This role requires a seasoned commercial leader with deep experience in complex, solution-based sales environments, particularly within AV, technology, or capital equipment industries. You should bring a strong ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive consistent revenue performance in a matrixed organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive sales experience with significant leadership responsibility.
- Proven track record of leading and scaling high-performing sales teams and sales leaders.
- Strong expertise in consultative, channel, and direct sales models with long sales cycles.
- Experience working with integrators, consultants, end users, and enterprise customers in AV or related sectors.
