Key Responsibilities

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical, engineering, manufacturing, business, and professional positions from sourcing through onboarding

Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates within motorsports, performance automotive, aftermarket automotive, and high-performance engineering talent markets

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define recruitment strategies, and align on hiring priorities throughout the selection process

Provide market intelligence, compensation insights, and talent availability data to support informed hiring decisions and workforce planning

Cultivate long-term relationships within specialized technical communities by leveraging networking, referrals, industry events, professional associations, and sourcing platforms
