Key Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and operate VMware-based infrastructure including vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, vSAN, and NSX across on-premises and hybrid cloud environments.

Build and manage Tanzu Kubernetes Grid environments supporting containerized and cloud-native workloads.

Implement and maintain automation solutions using PowerCLI, Terraform, Ansible, and vRealize/Aria tools for provisioning and lifecycle management.

Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity strategies using replication technologies and Site Recovery Manager.

Manage performance, capacity planning, workload placement, and storage policies across enterprise-scale VMware environments.

Lead upgrades, patching cycles, and lifecycle management activities with minimal disruption to production systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues spanning compute, networking, storage, and virtualization layers.

Support hybrid cloud integrations and VMware Cloud solutions while ensuring observability and operational excellence.
