You will act as a trusted advisor to shared services functions, partnering closely with leaders across HR, Finance, Marketing, and IT to align people strategies with business objectives. The position combines organizational development, employee relations, and workforce planning with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role supporting corporate or shared services functions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into effective HR strategies with measurable outcomes.
  • Solid knowledge of HR best practices, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working in a remote, fast-paced, high-accountability environment with competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Rippling or similar) and strong command of MS Office tools.
  • HR certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP are considered a strong plus.
