AI Summary

Build the next-generation Ops AI Platform that enables autonomous AI agents to automate operational tasks at scale. You'll develop tooling for non-technical users to create, monitor, and evaluate AI agents while ensuring safety and reliability in production. We're looking for full-stack engineers with 3+ years experience and a passion for applying AI to real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build the Ops AI Platform architecture for autonomous AI agents

Develop tools enabling Ops team to create, evolve, and monitor AI agents independently

Integrate AI agents into internal tools with context-aware chat interfaces and business impact

Build comprehensive toolset connecting AI agents to internal and external capabilities

Implement safety and accuracy measures including testing, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop validation

Scale the system to handle tens of thousands of automated tasks daily

Mentor engineers and contribute to product and engineering culture
