Establish and track key data quality metrics and KPIs to ensure improvements in accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability across enterprise datasets.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, architects, analysts, and data stewards to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

Lead Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release coordination using Jira, while maintaining documentation in Confluence.

Partner with technical teams to design and optimize automated data quality rules, validation processes, and monitoring capabilities across enterprise platforms.

Promote and enforce data governance best practices, including metadata management, data lineage, stewardship, and compliance with internal standards.

Identify opportunities for process optimization and drive improvements that enhance operational efficiency and reduce data-related risks.

Serve as the primary owner accountable for product outcomes, ensuring timely delivery of scalable and high-quality data solutions.
