Key Responsibilities

Lead enterprise IT strategy and governance for ERP and business applications supporting Finance, Supply Chain, Tax, Legal, and other corporate functions

Develop and maintain a multi-year ERP and enterprise applications roadmap aligned with business transformation, growth initiatives, and modernization priorities

Establish governance standards for ERP lifecycle management, integrations, master data management, change management, and business process optimization

Provide strategic oversight of enterprise platforms including SAP ECC, NetSuite, Concur, Ariba, and other core systems within the enterprise tech stack

Drive ERP modernization and transformation initiatives, including planning and phased implementation of next-generation ERP solutions

Partner with Finance, Internal Audit, Cybersecurity, Legal, and external auditors to ensure compliance with SOX, ITGCs, and regulatory requirements

Lead vendor, SI, and managed service provider relationships to ensure performance, accountability, and alignment with enterprise objectives

Oversee enterprise application support operations, ensuring system reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement

Guide teams responsible for solution architecture, development, QA, testing, and production support across enterprise systems

Promote best practices in documentation, governance, integration architecture, and operational excellence across the IT landscape
