Key Responsibilities

Lead the technical delivery of ServiceNow implementations from design through deployment

Design and develop solutions across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and CMDB

Architect and implement Agentic AI solutions using Model Context Protocol (MCP)

Build and support integrations using REST APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub Spokes

Develop scalable solutions using GlideScript, server-side scripting, and Flow Designer

Implement automated testing using the Automated Test Framework (ATF)

Conduct technical discovery workshops and translate business requirements into solution designs

Perform peer reviews, mentor Technical Consultants, and serve as the technical escalation point for complex delivery challenges
