Key Responsibilities

Lead firmwide recruiting strategy across attorneys and business services

Partner with senior stakeholders on hiring plans, forecasting, and search firm management

Track and analyze recruitment metrics; ensure compliance across all hiring processes

Act as trusted advisor to leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and culture

Lead and develop the HR team, driving performance and accountability

Oversee performance management, compensation planning, and employee engagement initiatives

Support DEI programmes in partnership with internal committees

Oversee employment law compliance, policies, and handbook updates

Manage complex employee relations matters, including investigations and performance management processes

Ensure HR processes are scalable, compliant, and audit-ready

Provide oversight of HR operations including benefits, HRIS, and data governance

Partner cross-functionally with payroll, finance, IT, and operations teams

Support internal career development and progression programmes
