Key Responsibilities

Own reliability, availability, and performance of production systems running on both Linux and Windows

Define and manage SLAs, SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets to drive measurable reliability improvements

Build 24/7 monitoring, observability, and on-call infrastructure including dashboards, structured logging pipelines, and actionable alerting

Lead incident response, postmortems, and root-cause analysis to reduce recurrence and mean time to recovery (MTTR)

Architect and maintain scalable, highly available AWS infrastructure

Mentor and develop the SRE team including setting on-call rotations, operational-excellence standards, and reliability culture

Perform proactive capacity planning and performance optimization before scale becomes a problem

Partner with Engineering, Security, and Product to embed reliability across the SDLC

Evaluate and adopt tools, technologies, and operational frameworks that improve resilience and efficiency
