About B One Consulting
We design and build web, mobile, and AI solutions for demanding clients. Our development team is based in Bali, Indonesia, where we ship production-grade products on modern, ambitious stacks.
The Role
You'll own the product vision and delivery across our client projects, bridging clients, designers, and engineers. Beyond classic product ownership, you'll also drive the UX/UI direction of our products, leveraging AI tools to move faster from concept to high-fidelity design. You'll be the reference point for turning business needs into clear, prioritized roadmaps and well-designed features that ship.
What You'll Do
- Own and maintain product backlogs across multiple client projects, from discovery to delivery
- Translate client and business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and specs
- Lead UX/UI design, from user flows and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
- Use AI-augmented design tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and iteration
- Prioritize ruthlessly, balancing client expectations, technical constraints, and timelines
- Run agile ceremonies (sprint planning, refinement, reviews) and keep delivery on track
- Act as the main bridge between clients, designers, and engineering teams
- Define and track product and usability metrics to validate that what we ship delivers value

What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally in an agency or multi-project environment
- Proven track record shipping web and mobile products end-to-end (not just managing backlogs)
- Strong UX/UI design skills with a solid portfolio, hands-on fluency in Figma
- Experience using AI tools to augment design and product workflows
- Strong grasp of agile methodologies and hands-on fluency with Jira
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable with AI/ML product concepts, given our project mix
- Autonomy, rigor, and a delivery-focused mindset
