This role is responsible for leading executive recruitment efforts within senior living and healthcare environments, ensuring high-quality hiring outcomes across leadership roles.
- Manage full-cycle executive recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation for senior-level and C-suite roles
- Partner with internal stakeholders and hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and define effective hiring strategies
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified executive talent within senior living and healthcare sectors
- Conduct proactive outreach and relationship-building with passive candidates in niche leadership markets
- Ensure a high-touch, professional candidate experience throughout all stages of the recruitment process
- Track recruiting metrics, maintain accurate records in ATS/HRIS systems, and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders
- Identify process improvements and contribute to enhancements in talent acquisition workflows and execution quality
This role requires strong experience in executive recruitment within healthcare or senior living environments, combined with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- 4+ years of experience in senior living, healthcare, or related operational environments
- 1+ year of experience in talent acquisition or executive recruiting, ideally for leadership or director-level roles
- Prior experience working within senior living organizations, strongly preferred
- Familiarity with HRIS, ATS platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience engaging with executive and C-suite stakeholders in hiring processes
- Strong sourcing, networking, and relationship-building capabilities
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented, candidate-first mindset
