You will join a high-velocity, mission-driven talent acquisition environment focused on identifying and hiring exceptional talent across technical and cross-functional roles. In this role, you will operate in a fully remote, globally distributed team, partnering closely with hiring managers to build strong recruiting pipelines and deliver high-quality hiring outcomes at speed. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and outreach to closing candidates, while ensuring an excellent candidate experience at every stage. The role requires strong analytical ability, structured execution, and comfort operating in fast-changing, high-growth environments. You will play a key part in improving hiring processes, strengthening sourcing strategies, and driving data-informed decisions. Accountabilities

Requirements

You should bring strong experience in technical recruiting within high-growth environments, with proven ability to source, assess, and close top engineering and technical talent.

  • 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in high-growth or US-based tech environments.
  • Proven success in hiring for hard-to-fill technical roles using advanced sourcing and outreach strategies.
  • Strong ability to analyze recruiting data, conversion metrics, and market insights to guide decisions.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in fast-paced, distributed environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to build trust with hiring teams.
  • Ability to quickly understand new roles, technologies, and hiring requirements.
  • High level of persistence, organization, and results-driven execution.
  • Experience working with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
