Key Responsibilities

Define current-state and future-state processes, identifying gaps and recommending scalable, efficient business solutions.

Develop clear, comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.

Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Apply data analysis techniques to identify trends, risks, and insights that inform business decisions.

Act as a subject matter expert, guiding the team and owning decisions within the team's scope.

Support quality management, regulatory compliance, and governance activities throughout the solution lifecycle.

Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement, innovation, and optimization.

Engage with multiple teams and stakeholders, contributing to enterprise-level discussions.
