Key Highlights

Key Responsibilities

Lead a small team of data scientists, setting technical direction and ensuring quality of work delivery

Develop relevance/ranking systems to match advertiser goals with targeted audiences

Design measurement frameworks using causal inference to prove advertising sales impact and convert one-off analyses into scalable products

Mentor data scientists in causal inference, predictive modeling, and clear communication of complex methodology

Partner with product, engineering, and GTM teams to establish Fetch’s approach as a trusted market standard

Champion methodology with customers, partners, and industry leaders while aligning senior leadership on strategy and tradeoffs

Carry work from prototype to production alongside ML and data engineering teams
