Key Responsibilities

Provide advanced technical support across client environments while ensuring reliable system performance, clear communication, and continuous improvement of IT operations

Handle escalated incidents across servers, networks, endpoints, and cloud environments, ensuring timely diagnosis and resolution

Perform advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex infrastructure issues

Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates, managing expectations, and ensuring service transparency

Support and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Exchange, and Intune environments

Troubleshoot networking components including DNS, DHCP, VLANs, NAT, and VPN configurations

Apply endpoint security, backup, disaster recovery, and patch management best practices

Use scripting and automation tools such as PowerShell to improve efficiency and resolution speed

Document all actions, contribute to knowledge bases, and support continuous service improvement initiatives

Act as a mentor and escalation resource for junior engineers while collaborating with leadership on operational improvements
