Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and operate cross-data-center and cloud network connectivity using BGP, IPsec, routing policies, firewalling, DNS, and provider networking

Build and maintain resilient networking across cloud, Kubernetes/Talos, OpenNebula, and bare-metal environments with high availability principles

Own end-to-end network change lifecycle including design, risk analysis, implementation, validation, rollback planning, and post-incident documentation

Troubleshoot and resolve complex production networking issues involving Linux networking, routing protocols, VPNs, MTU/MSS, NAT, and packet-level behavior

Improve network automation, observability, and repeatability through Git-based workflows, scripting, infrastructure-as-code, and monitoring systems

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation including topology diagrams, runbooks, IPAM data, disaster recovery plans, and operational guides

Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and platform teams to ensure safe, scalable, and efficient network operations
