We're hiring an Account Manager to be the face of Kraken for our clients - keeping them informed, keeping content moving, and making the whole experience feel effortless. You'll work closely with our designers to make sure every post lands the way it should.
What you’ll do
You're the person clients hear from and designers rely on. Relationships are at the heart of everything here.
- Client relationships: You're the dedicated point of contact for your clients. Warm, responsive, and always on top of it - clients should never feel like they're chasing.
- Content coordination: Manage the monthly content cycle from onboarding questionnaire to scheduled posts. You know where every client's content is at, at all times.
- Briefing designers: Translate client briefs and feedback into clear direction for the design team. What the client wants, when they need it, why it matters.
- Approvals & revisions: Manage the review process smoothly. Clients approve what they love and request changes without friction - you make that happen.
- Scheduling: Make sure approved content is scheduled and posted on time, across the right platforms, every month.
- Retention: Spot a client who's disengaged before they cancel. You're proactive about checking in, gathering feedback, and keeping clients happy for the long term.

What You'll Need to Succeed
- 2+ years experience in account management, client success, or social media management
- Social media fluency: You understand what works on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and beyond - not just technically, but creatively
- Client-first mindset: You take it personally when a client has a bad experience. Your communication is clear, warm, and consistent
- Organised under pressure: You're managing multiple clients and content calendars simultaneously without anything slipping
- Eye for content: You don't need to be a designer, but you know good social content when you see it - and you can articulate why something isn't quite right
- AI fluency: You use AI tools as a natural part of how you work
- Availability: Online and focused during 9–5 GMT/BST
Technical Requirements
