Required Skills & Experience
Strong programming experience in Java
- Hands-on experience with Appium for mobile automation (iOS and/or Android)
- Hands-on experience with Selenium for web automation
- Proven experience building and supporting test automation frameworks
- Strong experience developing and executing automated test scripts
- Hands-on experience working with Generative AI (GenAI) to:
- Develop or enhance automation solutions
- Integrate AI capabilities into testing frameworks
- Support intelligent test generation, execution, or maintenance workflows
- Experience testing on real devices and/or emulators/simulators

Core Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and support scalable automation testing solutions across mobile and web platforms
- Build, maintain, and enhance automation frameworks using Appium, Selenium, and Java
- Develop, execute, and optimize automated test scripts for both mobile (primary) and web (secondary) applications
- Troubleshoot automation failures, identify root causes, and improve test reliability and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality releases
- Contribute to the evolution of automation capabilities by incorporating AI/GenAI into the testing framework, including:
- Enhancing test generation and execution workflows
- Improving efficiency of regression testing and maintenance
- Help build and extend agentic automation frameworks, where AI-driven agents assist with:
- Test case generation
- Test execution optimization
- Maintenance and self-healing workflows
