Key Responsibilities

Design, deploy, administer, and optimize enterprise virtualization platforms based on VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V

Manage Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (vSAN) and traditional SAN-based environments

Oversee infrastructure lifecycle activities including upgrades, patching, migrations, and hybrid/cloud integration initiatives

Monitor and improve system performance through proactive troubleshooting, capacity planning, and reliability engineering practices

Collaborate with SRE, DevOps, Network, and Support teams to resolve complex production incidents and perform root cause analysis

Manage storage, backup, and disaster recovery solutions aligned with enterprise best practices

Develop automation scripts and tools to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention

Maintain accurate technical documentation and support continuous improvement of operational procedures
