Senior Product Owner - B2B Software & AI

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Owner based in Brazil.

As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping innovative B2B software products that address real business challenges through technology and Artificial Intelligence. Working within a collaborative and fast-paced innovation environment, you will bridge business needs, user expectations, and technical possibilities to create impactful solutions. This role goes beyond backlog management, offering the opportunity to participate in product discovery, user research, experience design, prototyping, and product strategy. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams while maintaining a high level of autonomy and ownership. Ideal candidates are curious, creative, and passionate about transforming ideas into scalable products. Accountabilities

• Identify market opportunities, customer pain points, and business needs, translating them into valuable product initiatives.
• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and discovery activities to gather insights and validate product opportunities.
• Analyze business processes and B2B market requirements to support product strategy and decision-making.
• Design product journeys, workflows, user experiences, and interface concepts that enhance usability and customer value.
• Develop prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and early-stage product validations to accelerate learning and innovation.
• Leverage Artificial Intelligence technologies to create intelligent agents, automation flows, and enhanced user experiences.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, engineering, and business teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.
• Prioritize initiatives, manage product evolution, and support roadmap planning based on business objectives and customer feedback.
• Contribute to the creation of innovative software solutions that strengthen and expand the organization's product portfolio.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner managing B2B software products throughout the product lifecycle.
• Experience working with enterprise systems, ERP platforms, or other complex business applications.
• Practical knowledge of applied Artificial Intelligence technologies, including AI agents, automation workflows, and related tools.
• Strong ability to design user journeys, product experiences, interfaces, and customer-centric solutions.
