Key Responsibilities
Identify market opportunities, customer pain points, and business needs, translating them into valuable product initiatives
Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and discovery activities to gather insights and validate product opportunities
Analyze business processes and B2B market requirements to support product strategy and decision-making
Design product journeys, workflows, user experiences, and interface concepts that enhance usability and customer value
Develop prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and early-stage product validations to accelerate learning and innovation

Job Description


This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Owner based in Brazil.

As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping innovative B2B software products that address real business challenges through technology and Artificial Intelligence. Working within a collaborative and fast-paced innovation environment, you will bridge business needs, user expectations, and technical possibilities to create impactful solutions. This role goes beyond backlog management, offering the opportunity to participate in product discovery, user research, experience design, prototyping, and product strategy. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams while maintaining a high level of autonomy and ownership. Ideal candidates are curious, creative, and passionate about transforming ideas into scalable products. Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner managing B2B software products throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Experience working with enterprise systems, ERP platforms, or other complex business applications.
  • Practical knowledge of applied Artificial Intelligence technologies, including AI agents, automation workflows, and related tools.
  • Strong ability to design user journeys, product experiences, interfaces, and customer-centric solutions.
  • Experience conducting user research, requirements gathering, and product discovery activities.
  • Solid understanding of the relationship between business goals, technology capabilities, and user experience principles.
  • Basic programming knowledge to facilitate collaboration with development teams and AI-powered platforms.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in innovation-focused environments.
