Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end payroll cycles across GCC countries
Ensure compliance with each country's local labor laws, social insurance, tax, and end-of-service regulations
Consolidate monthly payroll data from multiple entities and ensure timely salary disbursements
Review and validate variable elements such as commissions, overtime, incentives, and deductions
Coordinate with HR, Finance, and local partners to resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure data integrity
Oversee submissions to authorities (e.g., GOSI, WPS, MOHRE, SIO, LMRA) and maintain statutory compliance
Manage expatriate payroll including allowances, relocation benefits, and cross-border transfers
Prepare regional payroll reports, analytics, and cost summaries for management review
Lead process automation and standardization initiatives across the GCC payroll functions
Supervise and mentor payroll officers in different markets, ensuring adherence to group policies
Technical Skills Required
MS Excel HR/payroll systems (SAP, Oracle, MenaME, or similar)
