Key Responsibilities

Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Generative AI IVR testing platform aligned with business and customer needs

Lead end-to-end product lifecycle activities including discovery, prioritization, development, launch, and post-release optimization

Gather and translate customer, market, and stakeholder insights into clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics
