Senior Product Manager - AI Product Management (Generative AI IVR Testing Platform)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager (AI Product Management) based in India.

This role sits at the forefront of AI innovation, focused on building and scaling a next-generation platform that tests Generative AI-powered IVR systems through real automated phone interactions. You will own the full product lifecycle, from vision and strategy to execution, launch, and continuous optimization. The position requires deep expertise in AI/ML product development and a strong understanding of how generative AI systems behave in real-world production environments. You will work closely with engineering, design, QA, and go-to-market teams to deliver a highly technical and impactful enterprise product. This is a strategic, high-ownership role where you will shape how companies validate and improve conversational voice AI at scale. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and highly data-driven, with strong exposure to cutting-edge AI and voice technologies.

Accountabilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a Generative AI IVR testing platform aligned with business and customer needs.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle activities including discovery, prioritization, development, launch, and post-release optimization.
• Gather and translate customer, market, and stakeholder insights into clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to define evaluation frameworks, model performance benchmarks, and testing methodologies.
• Work closely with engineering, design, QA, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful delivery and go-to-market execution.
• Drive product analytics and performance tracking using KPIs, dashboards, and customer feedback to inform data-driven decisions.
• Own product documentation, compliance alignment, and launch readiness across global stakeholders.
  
  

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or lead Product Manager role.

• Proven experience building and scaling B2B or B2C products in production environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with AI/ML products, including understanding of model lifecycles, evaluation pipelines, and deployment considerations.
• Deep familiarity with Generative AI concepts such as LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI evaluation methodologies.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product tools such as Jira, Productboard, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
• Experience leading product launches and go-to-market coordination.
• Exposure to telephony systems, IVR platforms, or voice technologies (SIP, VoIP, Twilio, Genesys, Amazon Connect) is a strong advantage.
• Background in SaaS, conversational AI, or enterprise voice platforms is highly desirable.
