This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager based in the United States.

This role sits at the intersection of growth marketing, community building, and cutting-edge technology, with a strong focus on shaping how a global fintech and digital infrastructure ecosystem is represented through creators and influencers. You will design and execute influencer strategies across multiple domains including crypto, AI, tech, and digital culture, while also building a dedicated presence within developer and technical communities. The position requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, from identifying and negotiating with creators to running and optimizing full campaign lifecycles. A key part of the role involves engaging highly technical audiences who require authenticity, depth, and credibility rather than traditional marketing approaches. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to align messaging with real product innovations across multiple business pillars. This is a high-impact role where storytelling, influence, and technology converge at a global scale.

Accountabilities

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and strategic marketer with experience working across influencer ecosystems, especially in tech or highly technical domains.

  • 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or digital growth roles
  • Proven ability to build and manage influencer programs at scale across multiple platforms and regions
  • Strong understanding of tech, AI, crypto, or developer communities, with ability to engage technical audiences authentically
  • Experience managing end-to-end influencer campaigns, including contracting, execution, and performance measurement
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills with creators, agencies, and partners
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate campaign ROI and optimize performance
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving, global, and highly technical environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
