Key Responsibilities

Lead product strategy and execution for key areas of the senior living platform

Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for assigned senior living product areas

Serve as the voice of the customer, engaging directly with providers, caregivers, and stakeholders

Translate customer needs into clear requirements, user stories, and prioritized product backlogs

Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery and design through delivery and iteration

Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, and clinical stakeholders to ensure product feasibility and value

Use qualitative and quantitative data to identify user needs, pain points, and product opportunities

Prioritize features and trade-offs using data-driven analysis and business impact evaluation

Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Professional Services for successful product launches

Monitor competitive landscape and contribute to product differentiation and innovation strategy

Identify risks early and coordinate resolution across technical and business teams

Represent the product at customer meetings, industry events, and partner engagements
