Key Responsibilities
Assemble, test, and iterate UAV prototypes and subsystems hands-on.
Lead DFM/DFA efforts with R&D to ensure designs are buildable, testable, and production-ready.
Select manufacturing technologies, materials, and assembly methods.
Create assembly documentation, test procedures, and quality checkpoints.
Identify weaknesses, perform root-cause analysis, and enforce design improvements.
Plan and execute structural, functional, and environmental testing.

We are looking for a driven, hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to take ownership of our UAV platforms from prototype to production. In this role, you will bridge R&D and manufacturing—ensuring designs are buildable, scalable, and mission-ready. You will define processes, drive DFM/DFA, and actively build, test, and improve hardware. This is a critical role shaping how our systems are produced, validated, and deployed at scale.
