UI/UX Designer (Remote)

• Payout: $22 - $70 /hour

Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a UI/UX Designer to work on a contractor basis. In this role, you will apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems by designing intuitive user experiences and interfaces across various digital platforms. Your work will shape how AI models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of frontier AI models and be part of a global network of experts growing into the human intelligence layer for AI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, review, and critique intuitive user experiences and interfaces across a variety of digital platforms to ensure usability and functionality of AI-driven products.

• Evaluate the usability and functionality of AI-driven products, providing actionable feedback for continuous improvement.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to illustrate and test design concepts for AI training interfaces.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver impactful design solutions.

• Document and communicate design decisions clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong portfolio of UI/UX design work, with experience in designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for digital platforms.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and the ability to apply them to AI-driven products.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
