You will shape brand positioning, demand generation, and product marketing strategy to accelerate pipeline growth and strengthen market leadership in AI-powered customer communication and lead management. The role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, requiring someone who can both architect marketing systems and actively build them in fast-moving environments. You will lead cross-functional teams spanning content, product marketing, and demand generation while working closely with executive leadership. This position plays a critical role in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and positioning the company as a category leader. Accountabilities
- Define and own overall marketing strategy including brand positioning, messaging, and market differentiation in the AI-powered SaaS space.
- Lead demand generation strategy across digital channels, content, events, and industry conferences to drive qualified pipeline growth.
- Build and scale a strong marketing organization spanning product marketing, content, and growth functions.
- Oversee product marketing initiatives including value propositions, competitive positioning, and go-to-market execution for new launches.
- Develop and execute thought leadership, customer storytelling, and content strategies including webinars, case studies, and industry insights.
- Manage marketing performance metrics, budgets, and KPIs to continuously optimize ROI and pipeline contribution.
- Partner with executive leadership to align marketing strategy with business goals and overall revenue growth objectives.

- 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally within AI, lead management, or service-based industry verticals.
- Proven track record of building and scaling demand generation and brand strategies in high-growth environments.
- Strong leadership experience managing and growing cross-functional marketing teams.
- Deep understanding of marketing analytics, performance measurement, and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in fast-paced, evolving organizations.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and shape company narrative.
- Hands-on experience with modern marketing technologies such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or equivalent platforms.
